The registration fee is ₹150 per member. So: 3 members = ₹450, 4 = ₹600, 5 = ₹750, 6 = ₹900. Payment is accepted via UPI. The fee is non-refundable.

Yes! Teams from different colleges are allowed. All members just need to be currently enrolled college students.

Minimum 3 members, maximum 6 members per team. Solo or 2-member registrations are not accepted.

No. Our flagship events require hardware or hardware-software hybrid projects. Pure software applications (apps, websites, ML models without hardware) will not be accepted.

No pre-made, fully assembled kits or commercially available robot kits are allowed. All components must be individually sourced and assembled by the team.

Projects are judged on: Innovation, Functionality, Presentation, and Real-world Impact. Each team gets 5 minutes to present followed by a Q&A from judges.

Yes! All registered participants who attend the event receive official participation certificates. Winners additionally receive achievement certificates and trophies.

Currently, AEC Hardware Club membership is open to students of Asansol Engineering College. Students from any department or year can apply.
